A refund of 75% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received more than 14 days before the workshop commencement date. A refund of 50% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received between 14 days and 48 hours before the workshop commencement date. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the workshop commencement date or after the workshop has commenced. Requests to transfer or reschedule a booking will be considered where possible, subject to availability and course scheduling. While every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, transfers and rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. Admission to the workshop, and approval of transfers or rescheduling requests, are at the discretion of the facilitator. Places are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis. If a workshop needs to be postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including facilitator illness or insufficient enrolments (fewer than three participants), participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and alternative arrangements will be discussed in consultation with those enrolled. Attendance across all three training days and completion of the required pre-course materials are mandatory for successful completion of the workshop and recognition for accreditation purposes. This workshop has been approved by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) for 10 OPD points and 6 hours of supervision. It is the responsibility of each applicant to ensure they meet any eligibility requirements for enrolment and to determine whether completion of this workshop satisfies the requirements of any professional association, employer or other organisation from which they seek recognition or approval. The ultimate responsibility for determining eligibility for supervisory roles or recognition by any professional association, employer or other organisation rests with the applicant.
