Participants are required to purchase the course textbook separately, (Practice of Clinical & Counselling Supervision, 3rd edition, 2025, by Pelling & Armstrong), which costs approximately $60. The book is available from: Amazon Australia (fastest), Booktopia and Routledge.

A refund of 75% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received more than 14 days before the workshop commencement date. A refund of 50% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received between 14 days and 48 hours before the workshop commencement date. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the workshop commencement date or after the workshop has commenced. Requests to transfer or reschedule a booking will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. If a workshop needs to be postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including facilitator illness or insufficient enrolments, participants will be notified as soon as possible and alternative arrangements will be discussed. Attendance across all three training days and completion of the required pre-course materials are required for successful completion of the workshop and recognition for accreditation purposes.

Requests to reschedule will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and course scheduling. While every effort will be made to support reasonable requests, changes cannot be guaranteed. Places in each workshop are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-confirmed basis, at the discretion of the course provider. In the event that a course needs to be rescheduled, for example, due to facilitator illness or low enrolment (fewer than three participants) this will be managed respectfully and in consultation with participants, with consideration given to everyone’s time and circumstances. Please note that attendance across all three training days is required for the workshop to be recognised for accreditation purposes. This workshop has been approved by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) for 10 OPD points and 6 hours of supervision.
