A refund of 75% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received more than 14 days before the workshop commencement date. A refund of 50% of the workshop fee will be provided for cancellation requests received between 14 days and 48 hours before the workshop commencement date. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the workshop commencement date or after the workshop has commenced. Requests to transfer or reschedule a booking will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. If a workshop needs to be postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including facilitator illness or insufficient enrolments, participants will be notified as soon as possible and alternative arrangements will be discussed. Attendance for the full workshop day is required for successful completion of the training.

There are limited places available for each workshop. Places are offered on a first-come, first-confirmed basis and are allocated at the at the discretion of the course provider. If a course needs to be rescheduled - for example, due to facilitator illness or low enrolment (fewer than three participants) - this will be negotiated respectfully, with consideration for everyone's time and circumtances. Attendance across all three days is required for your training to be recognised and accredited. This workshop is approved by ACA for 10 OPD hours and PACFA Category A, for 6 hours.
