Meet the Team

Lyndall Briggs is a highly experienced Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Supervisor, and Trainer with over 25 years in full-time private practice.

She is the President of the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (since 2002) and has played a significant leadership role in the profession, including over a decade on the board of the Australian Counselling Association since its incorporation.

Lyndall is a registered supervisor with both ASCH and ACA and is known for her practical, grounded approach to supervision and professional development. She is the primary facilitator and assessor for supervision training, including the Stepping-Up Supervision Training model, supporting practitioners to build confidence, clarity, and ethical practice in their supervisory roles.

Alongside her clinical and supervisory work, Lyndall has developed a wide range of therapeutic resources, including over 60 guided visualisation recordings available on Spotify. Her work focuses on helping individuals navigate stress, change, resilience, confidence, and behavioural patterns in a practical and accessible way.

More recently, Lyndall has expanded her work into Virtual Reality through Mental Massages®, exploring how immersive technologies can support mental health and wellbeing. These VR-based experiences are designed to engage users beyond traditional approaches, helping them move past resistance, reduce distraction, and access focused, guided therapeutic processes.
